My package says delivered but it wasn’t here when I got home, what should I do?
We want you to get your skincare products quickly and without complication. Occasionally with USPS deliveries, the system can be delayed—packages may be rerouted or have tracking that only states estimated delivery. We ask that you provide three additional business days from that estimate for the package to arrive. These are rare cases but in our experience, they almost always show up.
