How long will it take before I receive my shipment?

In-stock orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders placed after 9 AM/PST Friday will usually not be processed until Monday. We do not ship on holidays/weekends.

For domestic orders, we ship orders via USPS. Standard free shipping over $50 is via USPS First Class mail which usually takes from 3-5 business days for US addresses. We also offer USPS Priority mail which will give an option for 1, 2, or 3-day shipping. Please note shipping times are not guaranteed.

For international orders, we ship via DHL express which usually takes 2-3 days after processing and shipping. Delays in customs add to these shipping times

Products are shipped from our headquarters within 2-3 business days. For first time international orders we usually confirm orders before shipping to ensure you are receiving the best product matches due to the cost of shipping which may add a further delay.

DHL Express International orders typically take 3-5 business days for delivery. Delays in customs add to these shipping times and we have had customers in South America and some areas of Europe where orders have taken several weeks to over a month for delivery.

Do you offer rush delivery?

For domestic orders, we offer Express shipping for expedited service. Express orders will be prioritized and will arrive at US addresses within 1-2 business days in most cases shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express.
